Transport,Delivery& Return Policy
The transport costs within the Netherlands have a fixed price of € 15,00 incl. VAT. For all other countries the transports costs will be on request. Please send your request by e-mail to email@example.com
We deliver within ± 14 working days after order placement & payment or stated different in your confirmation mail.
Your picture will be packed solidly oversized and send with special care.
Confirmation for delivery
As soon as your FOR THE LOVE OF THE PICTURE product is ready for transport we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Check upon delivery. We request you to inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt, before signing the delivery confirmation from the art carrier.
Notification of all claims, insofar as they concern a clear deficiency, must be provided within 5 days after delivery of the customer’s order. In case of a valid complaint, restitution will be limited to producing the order again.
In case of a delivery error or when your delivered photograph is obviously damaged, you will be given the opportunity to replace your acquired work(s). Please contact us immediately for reporting your delivery error and we will offer further assistance in the returning and exchanging process.
Please be aware that you have a period of 5 days to report the damages, as from the moment of delivery. If you neglect to report damaged goods within this period, unfortunately the right to return and replace the purchased item(s) will no longer be valid.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that you obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is not applicable on all products that have been customized for the customer of For the Love of the Picture. Like the size, any framing and finish of the product that are ordered by the customer of For the Love of the Picture.
